The Intranet Business Systems Analyst (BSA) position plays a key role in the Digital Employee Experience Team (DEX) by leading the delivery of intranet solutions to NetApp s business units. The Intranet BSA will partner closely with business customers and other IT teams to deliver intranet solutions on NetApp standard technology platforms and incorporating modern UI designs to achieve optimal user experiences.

In this role, you will deliver websites, portals and web solutions for internal NetApp use. You will manage a portfolio of projects that mostly range from small to medium size with an occasional large project. You will also play a key role in our intranet transformation effort expected being currently planned.


* Own and manage engagement with business clients in partnership with the DEX Business Relationship Manager

* Manage intranet project portfolio from prioritization to delivery, in partnership with DEX management and web delivery teams

* Document and analyze business requirements and work with technical leads to determine the appropriate solution to address such requirements

* Partner with IT delivery teams, set development priorities and track through delivery, ensuring solutions meet documented business requirements

* Provide effective communication to business and IT management regarding project status as well as issues and their resolutions

* Ensure intranet solutions being developed align to the Enterprise Architecture strategy Job Requirements

* 6+ years of proven and relevant work experience as an Intranet BSA, having led or contributed to variety of web solutions efforts of various sizes and complexities

* Ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT teams and provide thought leadership in your areas of expertise

* Ability to work with clients to understand and refine requirements, flexibility to adapt to changing requirements to ensure the best possible user experience

* Experience leading business clients through an Agile (iterative) development process

* Ability to effectively set and manage priorities and delivery milestones with business and IT partners

* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

* Ability to work with remote clients and teams and coordinate work across multiple time zones

* Be passionate about providing a high-quality user experience

* Knowledge of Office 365 SharePoint, knowledge of SharePoint Modern architecture a plus


* 6+ years of proven and relevant work experience as an Intranet BSA, having led or contributed to variety of web solutions efforts of various sizes and complexities

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
