- Interprets engineering drawings to position parts for proper assembly. - Uses light bench equipment and a variety of hand and power tools to assemble products; may torque components together. - Operates a hydraulic test stand follows test procedures to test and/or set-up product. - Generates basic and intermediate test set-ups using a test procedure in order to connect product to test stand for evaluation. - Documents daily test results. - Accurately documents productivity, quality, delivery and 5S plus safety data daily.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED). - 1-3 years assembly experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; hydraulics experience/knowledge preferred. - Blueprint reading skills required. - Must have a basic understanding of measuring equipment. - Must be able to operate basic computer functions. - Results-driven orientation with a focus on quality (accuracy) in work.
