The Prudential Customer Office team’s mission is to deliver needs-based, human-centric experiences across all customer touchpoints at Prudential.  We do this by strategically leveraging marketing, technology, data and intelligent experimentation to serve the needs of customers and offer the right solutions at the right time to meet their life goals. 
Job Responsibilities:
During the 10-week program, you will gain valuable experience performing activities such as:

  • Managing processes for development and approval of new marketing materials, inclusive of Advisor scripts, collateral and email templates. Help inventory materials and publish to the sales and service team

  • Creating training materials for sales team education on solution sales and selling practices.

  • Researching sales skill courses available and developing proposal recommendations for the best program to utilize

  • Assisting in the development of call scripts for our Advisor and Broker dealer reps. Helping the team develop the best customer experience through our conversational guidelines.

  • Developing and maintaining an inventory of competitive analysis to ensure the sales team can speak knowledgably to competitor offerings

  • Assisting in the development of new materials to help personalize the Advisor/ Broker Dealer rep relationship to the client and Prudential overall


  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2020 and May 2021

  • Open to all majors: Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
