Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Audit Analyst is responsible for conducting the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable Audit Department.

* Maintains knowledge of all Medicare guidelines and policies

* Collects audit documentation, processes, and submits audits

* Works on special projects as assigned

* Answers internal and external audit inquiries

* Evaluates audits to ensure all documentation is received prior to audit submission

* Effective and regular communication with Audit Group Leader and Audit Supervisor

* Communicates with team members to resolve questions and inconsistencies

* Completes all required audit functions in a timely manner

* Researches all questionable audit documentation

* Works effectively with all levels of the organizations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE -

* Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

* High school graduate (diploma) or equivalent

* Must be 18 years of age or older
