NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Data Center Ops Analyst with 3 years Data Center Operations experience
Resolves escalated data center service issues.
Acts as a point of contact with clients on data center operations issues.
Manages problems utilizing defined problem and change management policies and procedures.
Supports Data Center infrastructure by providing smart hands support in order to maintain operations.

Minimum 3 years Data Center Operations experience
Minimum 3 years Mainframe/midrange operations experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience with job scheduling and tape handling concepts

Day will consist of: Reporting to the Data Center Operations Sr. Manager, you will be tasked with primary operational support of the data center. Including but not limited to job scheduling, tape handling, backup processes and change/problem control. Complete routine daily assignments using established guidelines, policies and procedures. Assist with resolving escalated data center service issues. Managing problems utilizing defined problem and change management policies and procedures. Supporting Data Center infrastructure.
