We offer a starting annual wage of $31K – $33K, great benefits and the opportunity for growth and advancement.

Vector Security, Inc. is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center located in Warrendale, Pa.

Our Customer Service Representatives respond to automated alarm signals from residential and commercial security systems by notifying customers and/or Police, Fire and Medical Authorities via telephone.

Customer Service Representatives Candidates must have:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalency

  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills

  • The ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM

  • A consistent work history
