meet and exceed plant objectives associated with Maintenance, Reliability and

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:


  • Build a vision of
    Maintenance Excellence with the team to meet and exceed customer demands.

  • Develop, implement and lead execution of short and
    long-term strategies that drive continuous improvement in all elements of equipment
    reliability and repair.

  • Increase economic and critical thinking within the teams
    to push decision rights closer to the field where value is created.

  • Develop and use measures to diagnose opportunities and
    communicate performance to the organization to allow them to determine and
    implement changes needed.

  • Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving daily
    problems.

  • Create and execute plans to meet changing needs of the
    operation.

  • Develop the technical competency of the maintenance organization.

  • Seek and apply knowledge of new technology available,
    industry trends and development to improve the operation

  • Lead / manage performance of the maintenance leadership
    team e.g. complete annual contribution summaries, individualized RRE’s,
    coach/mentor ongoing development needs performance management for direct
    reports.

  • Manage teams for continuous improvement of precision
    Maintenance with focus on procedure adherence and EHS compliance

  • Oversee site inventory of critical spare parts and
    materials

  • Oversee sites routine maintenance planning and
    scheduling team to align on industry best practices

  • Ability to handle
    multiple projects simultaneously and organize multiple 


What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:


  • 5+ years supervisory experience in an industrial environment e.g.
    refinery, chemical facility or Military environment

  • Bachelor’s
    Degree in engineering or other technical field

  • 3+
    year maintenance / reliability experience in an industrial environment


  • Experience implementing maintenance best practices &
    operations excellence




What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 10+
    years supervisory experience in an industrial environment such as refinery,
    chemical facility or Military environment

  • Experience
    in developing crafts people and systems that aid in the continuing improvement of
    plant maintenance and reliability systems

  • Experience in managing and/or
    implementing lean maintenance practices

Physical
Requirements & Conditions
: 


  • Work on /around industrial
    equipment, including climbing of stairs, ladders

  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment
    (PPE) in designated areas - (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, safety shoes and
    hearing protection)

  • Work extended hours
    during plant maintenance outages
