Job Description:

Job Summary:  Successfully Administer TradeRev functions at the ADESA Auctions.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:

ADESA TradeRev Coordinator will be main point of contact for ALL TradeRev operational elements at the auction ADESA TradeRev receives auction coordinator training or has prior experience at auction ADESA TradeRev Coordinator has access to and is well trained in TradeRev application and process for appraisal, post-sale, and inventory flow ADESA TradeRev Coordinator will complete appraisals as needed Manage all scenarios of customer inventory processes at auction.  Working with dealer sales on individual dealer requirements (i.e. all TradeRev first, or post no-sales after auction event, etc.) Coordination and dispatch of employees to image vehicles on TradeRev application, both on and off the auction property. Depending on volume, the need for additional imagers will vary by auction This includes Imager On-Demand pilot (where applicable) Be engaged with changing TradeRev or auction functionality, as it effects process and job duties.


  • ADESA TradeRev Coordinator has understanding or training in Microsoft Excel

  • Understanding commercial SOPs for inventory flow

  • ADESA TradeRev Coordinator understands condition report writing concepts, but not necessarily a trained CR writer

  • General automotive knowledge

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable to definitions for Machine Operators (without inspection), Mechanics and Skilled Trades People positions.  The physical activity requirements of the position are from Medium to Heavy Physical Work.

  • Constant – standing, talking, watching, listening

  • Frequent – walking, feeling, grasping, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, crouching, lifting

  • Occasional – climbing, balancing, crawling

  • Potential – running, jumping, yelling or other rapid or forceful movement in emergency situations

    This position is subject to both inside and outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards, such as electrical, mechanical equipment; and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems, such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operation of automobiles and transporters.
