DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES


  • Reviews, administers, and negotiates non-complex contracts throughout their life cycle, including renewals, working closely with internal legal expertise

  • Supports procurement staff to ensure Purchase Orders reference the appropriate governing contracts and details

  • Collaborates with business stakeholders and IT, to design, document, test, implement, and maintain contract and procure to pay processes and technology solutions that improve efficiencies and support evolving business needs

  • Develops and updates training materials to support the department and the business

  • Conducts user training on systems, policies and processes

  • Develops and maintains communication and tracking tools that support department activities (i.e. SharePoint sites, project collaboration sites)

  • Researches and responds to support-related questions from users, logs and troubleshoots issues that occur in contract and procure to pay-related systems

  • Assists management in developing metrics and KPIs, building dashboards, and creating and running ad-hoc reports leveraging ERP, Excel, Tableau and other software tools

  • Recommends system and process solutions to management which drive automation and enhance user experiences

  • Complies with all company policies and procedures
