We are now looking for a Senior Manager in Investor Relations & Strategic Finance.

For over two decades, NVIDIA has pioneered visual computing, the art and science of computer graphics, with our invention of the GPU. The Investor Relations & Strategic Finance team at NVIDIA represents the company to institutional investors and the broader financial community. The team also provides insights to NVIDIA's leadership based on monitoring trends and developments in the industry, the economy, and capital markets. As an integral part of these efforts, the Senior Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining market and competitive models and forecasts, as well as high-impact interactions with both external and internal constituencies, including the C-suite.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will work directly with the VP and the Director of NVIDIA Investor Relations & Strategic Finance, as part of a small and dynamic team. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Developing market and competitive models and forecasts to help inform long-term planning decisions and benchmark NVIDIA's internal targets against external industry datapoints.

  • Tracking and reporting on financial performance and key developments of ecosystem participants based on press reports, conference calls, investor presentations, equity research reports, and SEC filings.

  • Interacting with business unit leaders and several functional groups, including Communications, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

  • Creating balanced and consistent investment messaging in partnership with the appropriate senior leadership.

  • Participating in discussions with institutional investors and financial analysts.

  • Occasional travel, including overseas, to attend investor conferences, company events, and non-deal roadshows.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field

  • 12+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or related field, with a focus on technology

  • 10+ years of management experience

  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and research

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communications, at an executive level

  • Self-starter with mindset for growth and passion for continuous learning

  • Ability to articulate highly technical content in an easy to understand way

  • Great teammate who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment, often on multiple projects across different functional groups

  • Familiarity with financial data aggregation services, such as FactSet

  • Ability to be highly responsive as early as 5:30am PT to accommodate market hours and East Coast-based investors

  • Ownership, initiative, and a positive approach to solving business issues

  • Intellectual curiosity and drive for excellence

  • Strong communications skills (both verbal and written) and ability to build positive relationships

  • CFA charterholder a plus
