Summary

The Clinical Analytics Specialist will work with clinicians to successfully implement cloud-based plan review, contouring, RT-PACS, and quality management systems using ProKnow technology.  This ground-breaking solution employs the latest advances in cloud technology to allow clinics to distribute tasks, centralize knowledge, and harness the power of big data related to radiation therapy. 

The clinical analytics specialist will be responsible for enabling customer success through setup, configuration, training, and support of ProKnow solutions.  They will conduct consultations with customers and internal stakeholders to help them realize and adopt the full potential of ProKnow solutions, including ProKnow DS, Contouring Accuracy, and Plan Studies.  They will also act as subject matter experts to support customers, train internal staff, and advise product management and engineering in key areas related to customer satisfaction and market adoption. This position warrants the highest level of professional representation between the customer and the company in all aspects of the customer relations.  It also warrants the undivided support of projects, programs and policies established by the company, and promoting these to other employees.

Responsibilities


  • Plan, implement, train, and support ProKnow DS solutions for large and small scale customers

  • Advise and train Sales and Marketing personnel in the technical and clinical aspects of ProKnow

  • Assist with implementation and administration of regional and global Community initiatives including plan challenges

  • Act as clinical and technical subject matter expert in matters relating analytics in RT

  • Incorporate Elekta’s Values into all functions and responsibilities



Qualifications


  •     One or more of the following: Master’s degree in Medical Physics, Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy related field with professional certification as CMD and/or RT

  •     Minimum of 2 years’ clinical or proven equivalent experience

  •     Must have excellent verbal communication skills.


  •     Exceptional customer service skills.

  •     Proven ability to understand and represent the value of data and analytics in medical radiation therapy

  •     Experience with treatment planning systems from multiple vendors a plus

  •     Ability to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.

  •     Must be willing to travel as required and work independently.

  •     Must be able to travel 20% domestically and internationally.
