Under the supervision of the Assistant Supervisor. Compiles and records production data for maintenance management to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of maintenance, performing any combination of the following duties: compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets. Record, manage, and report all work performed using the automated maintenance management systems. The automated maintenance management systems include a job cost accounting function to include labor, equipment, and materials. Maintain records, and others as required, for evaluation of performance by the Government IAW DA PAM 750-8, AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, and AR 25-400-2 (ARIMS). Charts production, using chart, graph, or pegboard, based on statistics compiled for reference by maintenance and management personnel.
Qualifications and Experience:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience performing production control using DA STAMIS, GCSS-Army (MOS 92A).
Must be a High School Graduate or Certificate (college is a plus).
Must be familiar with Army Supply system inventory practices of Bench Stock and Shop Stock.
Must have a basic understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
Drug free work place.
Secret clearance may be required.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Candidates must be able to manage time accordingly to complete assigned tasked.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must possess a valid U.S. state driver s license, applicable for the type and class of vehicle being operated.
Must be physically capable of performing assigned tasks lifting, carrying and handling various 35lbs items. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be able to climb, crawl, stoop, bend, squat, and reach as required to retrieve or stow material.
