This position, reporting to the ProviderPay Operations Supervisor, is responsible for the daily operational processes and procedures, including processing financial data and managing customer billing and accounts payable. Responsible for managing unapplied cash funds, addressing any mis-deployed funds. Monitors master bank accounts and ensures daily processing of customer funds is accurate. This role also collaborates with internal partners to research and resolve reported issues. Updates customer profitability resources for internal team and performs additional audits and analysis, as needed.
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Working Conditions: Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) – General Office
Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) – General office
