Prepare written and analytical reports

Review cash flows of current and potential clients

Perform field audits and visiting clients on location

Manage client accounts and offer financial solutions

Designed for the early in career employee to learn the various functions of the business including; how to research, analyze and evaluate customer credit, how to conduct field audits, managing client loan portfolios, underwrite and generate new business development. Problem solve client issues to resolution

Support the underwriting process for new and existing clients

Review spreads and analyze income statements

Work with senior management on business specific projects

Interact with all levels of management and clients

Prioritize workloads/deadlines to meet clients' needs

Complete systems training

Complete department rotation; Field Examination, Underwriting, Customer Credit, Client Rotation and New Business

Upon completion of rotation program will be placed in permanent role based on business need


Requirements are BS/BA degree (Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance)

Ability to understand and analyze financial statements

Strong communication and writing skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Internship experience in a financial position preferred

Advanced PC skills required

Be able to work independently and as part of team
