The Job at a Glance

Working closely with the Returns Team and the Distribution Center, Our Returns and Warranty Specialist (Internally known as Guardian of the Return-iverse) are responsible for accurately processing return requests in a timely fashion and ensuring all warranty claims are submitted promptly. You’ll be processing RMA’s, adjustments, and transferring information provided by our customers and tech team to a variety of different forms and websites. Our Returns and Warranty specialists support both our customers and manufactures by providing strong customer experience throughout the entire return and warranty process! If you’re courageous and it’s your destiny to protect the Return-iverse, join the Guardians, get your wings on and apply now!


A Typical Day

  • Review customer requests for returned parts and deliver exceptional customer service through phones calls and emails regarding the status of return requests and warranty claims

  • Learn and comprehend defective part process to address customer questions

  • Transfer tech service calls and corresponding invoices into our warranty website and generate account credits and warranty invoice into company ERP system (SYSPRO)


To Land This Opportunity

  • You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)

  • You pay close attention to detail; as far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing should be done right

  • You consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and a real passion for helping people

  • You have previous experience working with Sales Force, Esker and Excel

  • You are comfortable navigating in both Outlook and Syspro

  • If you have previous experience with the UPS website and other shipping vendors, that’s a plus!
