Create competitive, accurate and thorough pre-sale designs and etimates for building systems in accordance with company processes and practices
Utilize engineering skill-set to create value engineered framing solutions
Qualify the proposal with all assumed and provided information about the project
Assist sales efforts by recognizing and implementing economical solutions and alternatives in order to provide the lease-cost proposal while meeting known project conditions
Interact and communicate clearly with customers and the Sales team
Be sensitive to material costs, erection concerns and fabrication procedures, relating to the in-place cost of the total structure
Perform in a fast-paced environment while meeting scheduled commitments
Effectively interpret Architectural. Structural, and Mechanical project drawings.

Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or related field
Strong math background, technical aptitude, and experience using computer applications, (MS Word, Excel)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
2-5 years of structural design or structural estimating experience
Experience in the field of pre-engineered metal building systems
Strong Excel programming skills
