POSITION DESCRIPTION

FINANCE TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION (FITT) PROGRAM IS A MULTI YEAR PROGRAM THAT WILL TRANSFORM OUR FINANCIAL PROCESSES, SYSTEM CAPABILITIES AND PLATFORM TO SUPPORT OUR GROWTH JOURNEY.

WE ARE SEEKING A MANAGER TO JOIN THE FITT TEAM, FOCUSING ON PROJECT DELIVERY. THIS ROLE REQUIRES STRONG PRESENTATION SKILLS AND A HIGH DEGREE OF INTERNAL CUSTOMER INTERACTION, WITH A FOCUS TOWARDS OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND PROCESS ENHANCEMENT. THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE, REPORTING TO THE SENIOR DIRECTOR, FINANCE. THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AS WELL AS A KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING & FINANCE TO PROVIDE EXECUTIVE LEVEL DECISION SUPPORT.

RESPONSIBILITIES

DEFINES EFFECTIVE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT PROCESSES, STRUCTURE, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
*

IMPLEMENTS AND COACHES OTHERS ON INDUSTRY LEADING PRACTICES IN PROGRAM SCOPE, SCHEDULE, AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.
*

LEAD/PARTICIPATE PROJECT MEETINGS, PREPARE/REVIEW BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, TEST SCENARIOS
*

ASSIST PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGERS IN ALIGNING THE DEFINITION OF PROGRAM/PROJECT SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES, ENGAGING WITH ALL RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS
*

ASSIST IN DEVELOPING A DETAILED PROGRAM/PROJECT PLAN TO MONITOR AND TRACK PROGRESS
*

COORDINATE INTERNAL RESOURCES ACROSS REGIONS FOR THE FLAWLESS EXECUTION OF PROJECTS
*

ENSURE THAT ALL PROJECTS ARE DELIVERED ON-TIME AND WITHIN SCOPE
*

WORK WITH THE PROJECT MANAGERS TO MANAGE PROJECT SCOPE, SCHEDULE ETC
*

HELP MEASURE PROJECT PERFORMANCE USING APPROPRIATE TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES
*

ASSIST IN REPORTING AND ESCALATING ISSUES TO MANAGEMENT AS NEEDED
*

MEASURE PROJECT PERFORMANCE USING APPROPRIATE TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES
*

REPORT AND ESCALATE TO MANAGEMENT AS NEEDED
*

HELP CREATE AND MAINTAIN COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
*

BE THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR IT TO TROUBLESHOOT AND FIND ROOT CAUSE OF BUGS AS WELL TO ENHANCE SYSTEM FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

BACHELOR S DEGREE IN FINANCE OR RELATED RELEVANT AREAS
*

6+ YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND/OR FINANCE
*

ABILITY TO DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, AND STRENGTHEN PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHERS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE PROJECT TEAM WHO PROVIDE DECISION MAKING, INFORMATION, OR SUPPORT
*

TRACK RECORD OF ACHIEVING POSITIVE OUTCOMES BY IDENTIFYING COMMON INTERESTS, CLARIFYING DIFFERENCES, AND ACHIEVING CONSENSUS OR COMPROMISE.
*

INTELLECTUALLY CURIOUS, FUELED BY A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO CONTINUOUSLY EXPAND ONE S SKILLSET
