The Group Vice President of Finance is looking for a Project Analyst with experience in communications, project management, and scheduling. A successful candidate in this dynamic role must be professional, innovative, and team-oriented with the ability to quickly modify, respond to, and integrate change in order to provide outstanding quality and varied support, particularly as needs evolve. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the Group Vice President as the central point of contact, managing emails, schedules, deadlines, activities, and events
Coordinate Officer's travel arrangements and expense reports
Responsible for managing or developing confidential documentation which could include: personnel actions including sensitive salary information or personnel leave requests as well as organizational communications such as personnel rotations or organization realignments
Responsible for performing analytical tasks ranging from simple to complex assignments, including development and maintenance of analytical tools, summary documents of information, presentations to deliver information to all levels within the organization and/or outside
Assists Finance business units or project managers in creating, implementing, managing and documenting key areas, including but not limited to: project planning, scheduling, budgeting, organizing and/or project research
Responsible for administrative tasks to support the Finance Group, including: timekeeping, ordering office supplies, maintaining IT inventory, reserving meeting rooms, updating the Group's portal page, and supporting the onboarding of new staff and vendors
Responsible for weekly purchasing card reconciliations
Arrange logistics for small and large-scale meetings across the Bank: planning for room reservations, furniture and audio/visual set up, catering, Outlook invites, and creating agendas
Performs other duties as assigned

Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain solid working relationships
Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills
Works on and may manage projects with limited to moderate scope; both locally and nationally
Able to manage multiple efforts while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
Has a strong eye for graphic design and data visualization
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote
