Position Summary

Under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, work together with other maintenance team members to repair and maintain all aspects of wine production and building infrastructure as well as assisting with inhouse facility upgrades


  • Follow Constellation Brands safe work practices

  • Assist in all production equipment/property infrastructure repairs and maintenance

  • Assist in all equipment /electrical upgrades

  • Trouble shoot all equipment issues and make needed repairs

  • Order replacement parts as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be dependable

  • Must be organized

  • Must have 2yrs experience in wine production maintenance field

  • Must have basic commercial/industrial electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Must have basic understanding of mechanical equipment

  • Must have basic computer and math skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ yrs. in the winery/production maintenance field

  • Above average commercial/industrial electrical knowledge

  • Above average motor control circuit troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints

  • Working experience and understanding with PLC’s

  • Working with and troubleshooting automated equipment

  • Trade school experience

  • Construction experience

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Able to work from heights
