Job Description:

Establishes, manages, and maintains educational partnerships with high school districts and community college systems to support dual credit and student pathway opportunities.

  1. Provides leadership and oversight for the development, expansion, and administration of the university's dual credit program, high school student pathways, and community college partnerships.

  2. Promotes the development, marketing, and administration of the dual credit program, which includes making presentations at schools, developing and initiating formal agreements with school districts, recommending procedural changes, coordinating with academic departments, and responding to constituencies.

  3. Develops and implements an advising and communication plan that assists parents and students with understanding dual credit and making informed decisions relative to education and career goals; works with high schools to establish the value of providing dual credit programs and pathways.

  4. Coordinates with marketing and communications staff to develop and implement recruitment and marketing strategies related to the dual credit program, which includes assistance with web content, preparation of publications, and distribution of brochures and catalogs.

  5. Collaborates with academic departments and enrollment management offices to build a diverse and responsive dual credit program that encourages students to attend the university upon high school graduation.

  6. Develops relationships with high school and community colleges in the service region; collects and evaluates admissions documentation of dual credit students; and communicates with students, parents, and school personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Establishes dual credit goals and assessments; analyzes data to track student enrollment patterns to identify trends, and disseminates outcomes as appropriate.

  8. Facilitates updates to the dual credit process that align with state and federal guidelines.

  9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


Master's degree in student development, student affairs, counseling, higher education administration, or related field and (3) years related experience
