Facilitate weekly letter change prioritization meeting including developing agenda, reporting, and minutes of meeting.
Communicate with stakeholders, including legal and compliance, regarding approval and general process status of tickets within the letter workflow process.
Facilitate assigned steps in the change management process, including letter requirements, technical specs, and documentation.
Ensure communication template documentation is in required format and presented in an organized and professional manner.
Perform updates in the Borrower Communications Management (BCM) Platform and document reasons for changes, updates, and other pertinent information within library and platform.
Conduct weekly reporting on letter status, accomplishments, progress, priorities and or issues.
Assist with development of the letter life cycle reconciliation and quality assurance process with internal business teams and outside resources.
Immediately report issues and communicate gaps/potential risks.
Contribute toward identified solution required for reconciliation and closure.
Troubleshoot problems and proactively identify opportunities and gaps within the communication change process.
Keep abreast of developments throughout the company, along with any regulatory changes that could impact letters or requirements to create new letters.
Other job related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of mortgage servicing, change management, project management preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Access
Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team with multiple levels and provide leadership to ensure all parties fulfill their responsibilities and meet deadlines
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to be flexible with changing business needs and work environment
