Handle inbound and outbound calls using internal dialer application
Maintain daily departmental standards and expectations relative to productivity measurements
Provide outstanding service utilizing communication and negotiation skills to resolve delinquent accounts.
Counsel customers with delinquent mortgage payments through traditional telephone collection attempts to bring delinquent loans to a current status through various options.
Perform in accordance with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) as well as state and local collection laws.
Obtain quality right-party contact in an effort to resolve delinquency while meeting and exceeding investor, client, and company requirements.
Document loan files for all communication regarding incoming/outgoing phone calls.
Other duties as assigned.
Associate's degree or equivalent collections/call center background.
Up to 2 years' collection call center experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills with strong negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a team-based atmosphere, be coachable, and perform in a helpful and learning culture
Ability to operate and keep up in an upbeat and fast work environment
