SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will partner with internal and external teams to assist, develop and implement go-to-market campaigns for marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. Leveraging prior knowledge of omnichannel campaign best practices, the senior marketing coordinator will partner with owned channel subject matter experts to develop customer centric messaging strategies for new product launches and promotional events. Successful candidates will be self-starters who focus on driving alignment and partnership across the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate omnichannel product marketing campaigns across in-store, online, email, social, traditional and digital advertising and other channels, working with key stakeholders in Merchandising, Store Operations, Public Relations, online, and creative teams as well as external agency and vendor partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Plan and execute thematic omnichannel marketing campaigns and associated support in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials for business priorities from beginning of project through to completion and manage results reporting once programs are complete
  • Assist in managing external brand agency and product vendor marketing relationships

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • High School Diploma or GED required; accredited bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of equivalent marketing services experience required
  • Retail or product marketing and brand, promotion or creative agency experience strongly preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities
  • Proficient ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment through contingency planning
  • Working knowledge of organizational branding and its relationship to product and promotional marketing exection
  • Working ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English
  • Proficient ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Proficient ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
