Are you looking for the opportunity to utilize your ability in technology? This opportunity will require Enterprise Desktop Support experience. PREMIER Bankcard is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to expand its team.

Compensation and Schedule

Competitive hourly pay with additional pay for working premium hours. Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

Full-time Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer and mobile devices, hardware and software.

  • Document processes, perform upgrades, and assist with technology projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in hardware and software support for company workstations, printers and mobile devices preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Possess a strong understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365.

  • Prior experience in supporting financial services applications is preferred, but not required.

  • Desired professional certifications include; CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or related Office 365, or Microsoft OS administration certifications.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to respond in a fast-paced environment.
