CN SpecialistLocation: Auburn Hills, MIDuration: 7 monthsDescription:* The CN Specialist will be Writing CCD's (Common Change Document) and CN (Change Notice) and related product change documents like IAA ( Interim Approval Authorization) , PER (Production Evaluation Request), TSA (Temporary Substitution Approval).Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Working with BOM (Bill of Material) etc.* Developing good working relationship with change specialist, Product engineering and vehicle teams.* Getting approvals from Chief engineering and Vehicle teams for the changes, including any cost impact* Providing detail explanation of what the change is about and cost justification.* Working with DREs to obtain required supporting documents for the change approval (validation plan, test reports, etc)* Maintaining a list of all the changes with dates and change descriptions for each product (both hardware and software) in SharePoint.* May also include more responsibility depending on the load including but not limited to working with the plant in getting info on the product inventories and establishing implementation dates.* Monitoring changes at the plant, any deviations needed at the plant (temporary changes, etc ).* Helping Design Release Engineers with the reports etc.Requirements:* Completed Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (electrical/mechanical) from an ABET accredited college or university.* Minimum of 2 years experience in a engineering/technical field supporting Design Release Engineers, hands on EBOM and CN (Change Notice) release.* Familiarity with electric release process* basic knowledge of electrical vehicles and plug in hybrid vehicles* basic knowledge of power inverters and DC/AC charging units* Experience in project management including MS Project and Google Suite* Experience with MS Office applications.* xceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills* Ability to work with minimal supervision* Demonstrated positive attitude toward change* A detailed oriented individual, who is organized, disciplined in doing things systematically.As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA prides itself on creating an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, citizenship, or disability.
