Position Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst will work with upper management to support fleet operations across multiple fronts.  They will support upper management with

Essential Functions:


  • Report development and improvement

  • Prototype reports, metrics, and processes

  • Translate business requirements into reports or technical requirements

  • Data analysis and development of KPIs or metrics

  • Data gathering, cleaning, and processing

  • Support IT in the development and testing of new products

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Must have excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present clear and understandable findings with attention to detail and accuracy

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Communication, or Marketing with quantitative concentration or focus

  • A Masters or MBA would be considered with expanded responsibilities

  • Must have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Able to both manage work independently and work well with a team

  • Comfortable working with international teams and cultures

  • Must be highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in R, SQL, or Power BI or other dashboarding tool is desired
