Job Description Project Manager / Business Analyst
This position will work with key members of CFS Brands Leadership Team, business unit personnel, and other members of the IT Department to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient technology systems and/or process improvements to support core organizational objectives. This will be accomplished through communications with multiple stakeholders to identify, define, and analyze various project requirements, manage day-to-day project activities, identify and resolve process gaps or technical issues, ensure the quality of the team's work, and maintain alignment between activities and project deliverables / timelines.
Establish a detailed charter for each project, ensuring that all involved team members understand and agree on the project's definition, scope, and goals before the project begins.
Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and cost through all phases.
Participate in prioritization of major projects based on business needs, budget and risk reduction.
Use one or more project management methodologies and project tracking software tools to efficiently and effectively project budgets and timelines.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Assist in the planning, design, development, and reporting mechanisms for new applications, enhancements to existing applications, or physical business processes.
Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid Leadership in making implementation decisions.
Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to technical resources and/or or stakeholders.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
Provide communication and education to end users for all modified and new systems.
Participate in vendor negotiations, contract reviews and / or other procurement-related activities.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
PMP certification is desired.
At least five years proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of business facing software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
Advanced knowledge of major business systems such as ERP systems, CRM systems, warehouse management systems, and manufacturing / shop floor systems.
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels including leadership and external contacts.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management methodologies.
Experience in analyzing data to draw business relevant conclusions.
Knowledge and experience with data visualization techniques and toolsets.
Ability to use MS tools including Office, Visio, and Project
Working technical knowledge of SQL.
Working knowledge of network and Windows operating systems.
Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
Ability to manage multiple resource teams.
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
Highly self motivated and directed with a high attention to detai.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
