Job Description:

EmployBridge, largest light industrial staffing supplier in the United States, is building an incubator to create new products and business models, to transform the way work gets done. This is a bold and transformative action taken by EB, that promises to not only change EB and the staffing industry but has the potential of making a tremendous impact on the lives of low-income workers in the US economy.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the successful build of the incubation team from a candidate pool that includes both internal and external applicants

* Provide the expertise and vision to develop the venture's business and operational plan from the conception stage

* Work with internal stakeholders, identify early customers, and map out a strategy to engage in meaningful dialogue, which ultimately evolves into revenue-producing customers

* Assess and acquire useful capabilities from the Company and other third parties to help further the overall business

* Manage the relationship with the venture's New Venture Board and other stakeholders within the parent company

* Oversee and manage all the team's activities, including coordination of internal and external resources and schedules

* Identify and manage risks to the venture's success

* Act as the primary external spokesperson for the new business

Requirements:

* 7+ years managing a team, with software industry experience a plus

* 5+ years in a senior operating role with P&L responsibility

* Outstanding leadership; early stage C-level or Founder-level experience

* Previous startup experience, including raising capital

* Domain expertise and passion around the focus area

* Ability to collaborate with many organizations to achieve common goals

* Ability to work successfully within small, unstructured teams

* Self-initiative and an ability to work well independently

* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex projects

* Ability to work effectively with and across multiple corporate groups and silos

* Effective interaction with all levels of organization
