To instruct basic training classes and assist in implementing and coordinating limited skills/training/programs across Revenue Services. To perform basic quality audits across limited Revenue Services functions and provide feedback to internal and external team members. To report and summarize operational data and bring to the attention of management operational anomalies and changes in customer behavior. To resolve escalations across Revenue Services functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Five (5) years experience in revenue, customer service, or office administrative position. Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, strong human relation skills, and an advanced understanding of revenue services applications and tools. Travel may be required.
