Support the customer in implementation of the technical components of SAP Ariba integration solutions.
Provide technical guidance for customers around mapping, configuration, adapter setup, BADI (Business Add-In) knowledge, SAP Notes and navigating Ariba Technical Support.
Serve as the SAP Ariba solutions expert on integration deployment and customer requirements.
Lead technical workstream and coordinate with technical teams in Customer side as well as Ariba shared services teams as part of the integration workstream to ensure activities are conducted as per the project plan and project status is tracking as planned.
Coordinate and manage testing process with customer from engagement to deployment.
Work seamlessly with various teams within the Customer and NTT DATA to develop comprehensive solution and business case assessments
Architect technical solutions that maximize customer's value and ROI from Ariba by driving process improvements, increased adoption, and solution expansion.
Provide solution management and engineering teams with key product recommendations.
Participate in user-requirements gathering, graphical mapping and documenting technical designs for technical solutions designed and developed by NTT DATA team members.
Develop SAP-Ariba P2P interfaces in compliance with integration governance guidelines.
Participate in design of SAP-Ariba P2P interfaces using EDI/ALE/IDOC/XML/Web Services development.
Lead and manage the technical efforts for developing RICEFW objects mainly Interfaces, Enhancements/User Exits, Conversions, Workflow/Rules Engine customization, etc.
Support in troubleshooting/debugging message queues and integration processes.
Ensure correct configuration/implementation of SAP PI adapters (IDOCs, RFC, JDBC, File, Proxy, SOAP, HTTP, REST) as needed for the solution components.
Support efforts during the performance tuning and code optimization of PI/PO Interfaces.
