Your day
As a Rad Tech you need to know how to: Perform general radiography of chest/thorax, extremities, cranium, spine/pelvis, abdomen, fluoroscopy, surgery, mobile and pediatric exams Demonstrate expertise in minimizing radiation exposure to the patient, self, and general public May work in situations where you are required to handle medications during the distribution or administration process
May have access to secured drug storage areas Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with patients, physicians, and co-workers Promote teamwork by participating equitably in work assignments to provide safe effective care to patients Your experience

But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: Two (2) years education beyond high school, required Prior experience in a comparable setting, preferred Current ARRT certification, required within three (3) months of graduation if not ARRT-certified Your next move
