Job Description:


The Staffing Coordinator will assist with the full cycle recruitment process of our hourly positions, including posting positions, sourcing talent, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and onboarding. Responsibilities include assist with on site recruitment, posting to job boards, attending periodic local networking and recruiting opportunities at colleges and/or job fairs, and onboarding the candidates.


Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:

  • Collaborate with the hiring managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Source potential candidates from various online and in person channels
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
  • Analyze pre-hire assessments
  • Partner with marketing to assist in managing company profile on social media outlets
  • Compose offers and answer questions regarding compensation and benefits
  • Participate in job fairs and host recruitment events
  • Assist new hires in the onboarding process
  • All other duties as defined by your supervisor


  • Must demonstrate ability to work without close supervision, produce quality work and handle periodic special projects independently, while maintaining focus and sense of urgency in an environment with interruptions and varied activity.
  • Must have working knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Must be able to compose reports, memos, and letters as required.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively work with others.
  • Must use proper telephone etiquette.
  • Must have ability to organize and prioritize work within mandatory time frames.
  • Must maintain utmost level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of the work



  • BA/BS in Human Resources preferred
  • 1 year experience recruiting in a high volume capacity
  • 1 year experience using HRIS or ATS preferred


The Staffing Coordinatormust have and be able to consistently apply the following skills at the levels indicated to produce assigned results.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to proficiently use ATS and LMS
  • Solid Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

  • This position requires to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).

  • Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
