We invite you to apply for the 1st Annual AQR Early Engagement Diversity Summit. This unique virtual event allows attendees to gain a deeper understanding of quantitative finance and our areas of business. Students will leave with a clearer understanding of asset management, learn about the importance of diversity and inclusion at AQR, and understand the internship application process.
Participants will have the chance to learn lessons on leadership from our partners, talk to analysts about a day in the life , and hear how we are dedicated to delivering results to our clients.
The program is geared towards students graduating between December 2022 and May 2023 who self-identify as Black, Hispanic/Latino or Native American.
