Job Title: Manager Talent Acquisition

Function: Human Resources

Division: Corporate Human Resources

Reports to: VP Talent Acquisition

Location: 10 Hudson Yards, New York, NY

The Manager Talent Acquisition is the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders in managing top talents for L Oreal key external hiring needs. They manage the Candidate Experience from end to end, providing superior client attention with a larger goal of enhancing L Or al s Employer Brand Image EVP and Diversity objectives. This position requires an individual capable of making decisions in ambiguous situations, demonstrating superior problem solving, and composure in a dynamic fast paced and changing environment. The Manager will also be responsible for supporting data analytics, posting strategies, candidate sourcing execution, and full-cycle recruiting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Source candidates, conducts phone screens, initial interviews, for assigned positions

* Act as full end-to end recruiter on positions as available/needed

* Maintain high quality candidate feedback in L Oreal USA CRM and Global ATS

* Validate reporting in CRM for team and support ad hoc requests

* Develop candidate pipelines through internal CRM and external digital (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) tools

* Manage scheduling aspect of candidate including calendar coordination for HR, TA and line management

* Ensure that all candidates interviewing with L Oreal have completed all necessary administrative steps including application, reimbursement requests, WOTC form etc

* Ensure candidate receives all offer and employment related information and completes requirements for eligibility to hire

* Maintain applicant flows though Avature ATS

* Other duties may be assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor s Degree required, Masters preferred

* Minimum of 3 years recruiting or HR Generalist paired with recruiting experience

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning skills

* Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast paced work environment

* High proficiency in integrated systems such as CRM, HRIS

* Strong Microsoft Office suite experience including presentation building skills

* Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive date and information on a regular basis
