JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Assist physician and/or practice staff with designated duties related to administrative tasks requiring both clinical and non-clinical skills. Duties include but not limited to scheduling, messaging physician or other clinical associates, medication refills requests, prior authorizations, referral completion, and other various clerical duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School or GED (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association

Years of experience: 1+ years equivalent experience working as an MA in an ambulatory setting or medical assistant training from an accredited Medical Assistant school.
Math, Computer skills.

WORK SHIFT:Day
