Job Title: Marketing Associate
Reports to: GTM Marketing Manager
Location: Goleta, CA
The Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join the Teva GTM Marketing Team. This team member will help maintain brand consistency around the world by sharing plans, creative assets and overall strategies. The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing and Brand Design teams, with a focus on Social and Digital Marketing. A strong candidate for this role is self-motivated with a pulse on consumer trends, passionate about product, and a great team leader.
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
1. Manage day-to-day social media execution. Including, but not limited to: management of monthly Instagram grid design, facilitating communication and strategies with community management team, managing IG boosts, and all social platform strategies.
2. Assists with content strategy and creation including, management of explorer collective stories, seasonal packages, Teva Tuesday, and blog IGS stories. Works closely with all internal channels to ensure social moments/activations as well as influencers/PR moments are scheduled in monthly grid/IGS calendar and briefed to Creative team in Workfront as needed.
3. Supports development of Marketing materials, reports, events, etc.
4. Supports product seeding efforts in coordination with PR and Retail teams. Duties include placing product orders, tracking seeding efforts, and assisting with logistics.
5. Provides clerical, administration, and special projects support when necessary.
6. Provides overall GTM support as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
3+ years of related experience (PR, retail, marketing, etc.)
Experience successfully managing multiple deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, attention to detail and organizational skills
