Position Summary:
As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will assist hiring managers in finding the best possible talent for their roles and serve as a partner to assure we are meeting business needs through the recruitment process. You will be the company’s face outside of the organization and assist in achieving business objectives by attracting the right people to the organization at the right time.
Responsibilities:
Managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Posting open requisitions when required
Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
Finding both passive and active job seekers through diverse recruiting strategies
Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Filling vacancies in a timely matter
Using digital recruitment tools and social media to promote opportunities within Enlivant, such as CareerBuilder or Indeed
Partnering with third-party staffing agencies on an as-needed basis
Creating trusting relationships with your hiring managers, such as Vice Presidents, Regional Directors, and Executive Directors
Identifying new efficiencies and processes to improve the Talent Acquisition Team on an ad-hoc basis

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
3 plus years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent management
Previous experience in high volume recruiting environments
Expertise in full life cycle recruitment
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and social media for recruitment purposes
The ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment
Experience building candidate pipelines and networking
Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers and serving as a business partner
Have experience in a relationship based recruitment environment
The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed
The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position
Preferred Qualifications
Recruitment experience in Assisted Living, Healthcare, Hospitality, or other related fields
Recruitment experience attracting Registered Nurses and Clinical Managers/Directors
Previous experience using HRLogix or Findly
