The Service Agreement Specialist is the perfect home for an analytical and detail oriented person who performs with the positive approach and outreach of a seasoned Customer Service Professional. This team is responsible for the entire life span of our long term service agreements through continual oversight and analysis. Our specialists interact with other departments to ensure that adjustments to Agreements are accurately noted (ie. equipment numbers, service dates, scheduled follow ups, etc) and able to be understood by technicians and CSR's.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up to date record of Agreement status
Able to convey Agreement value to our customer base to ensure retention and future service opportunities
Display a high aptitude for analysis and information processing
Maintain a working knowledge of industry processes to uncover errors in documentation (expired equipment codes, duplicate file, amount of service usage, etc)
Exhibit ease of communicating agreement details to Internal and External customers
Demonstrate strong command of basic office and clerical tasks including documentation, filing, telecommunication, etc
Must perform at constant levels with minimal down time during the work day
High School Diploma Required
High attention to detail
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop accurate solutions
Strong command of technology and computer software (including Microsoft Office Suite)
Must exhibit strong self confidence to avoid becoming overwhelmed by sudden changes, problems, or negative interactions
Able to display positive attitude and effort with a general "willingness" - to learn, to self start, to gain new perspectives, etc
Capable of working both independently and with others
