Able to answer the phone professionally
Able to navigate through Outlook (E-mail)
Able to match up orders to bills of lading for internal filing
Enter packing slips in Excel program, fax, e-mail, and attach to product
Able to look up pricing for shipments in Oracle
Able to input data for Export shipping into the Worldship program
Calculate weights and dimensions from the shipment manifest for Home Depot locations, print, put with manifest on plant floor
Work online with Transplace and check the routing for Home Depot and ACE.
Must have the ability to actively, and effectively interact with Customer Service both internally and with external Customers
Track UPS and FedEx shipments on-line
