Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities (essential functions)

• Must be able to utilize and comprehend all functions of the ORACLE Warehouse Management System.


• Able to answer the phone professionally


• Able to navigate through Outlook (E-mail)


• Able to match up orders to bills of lading for internal filing


• Enter packing slips in Excel program, fax, e-mail, and attach to product


• Able to look up pricing for shipments in Oracle


• Able to input data for Export shipping into the Worldship program


• Calculate weights and dimensions from the shipment manifest for Home Depot locations, print, put with manifest on plant floor


• Work online with Transplace and check the routing for Home Depot and ACE. 


• Must have the ability to actively, and effectively interact with Customer Service both internally and with external Customers


• Track UPS and FedEx shipments on-line


• Filing when necessary

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

1. Computer skills in Oracle, Excel, Word.


2. Able to communicate verbally and in writing

5. Must be able to operate a tow motor and pass a tow motor test

Education; Training

1. Must have high school diploma or GED
