The Rental Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the rental sales/support services, communication, and information flow of the branch equipment rental fleet. The Rental Coordinator creates a trusting relationship with customers by building an understanding of their needs then making appropriate recommendations of rental products and services. The Rental Coordinator manages the equipment fleet to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Essential & Primary Job Duties


  • Assist customers with rental inquiries by capturing critical customer information. Recommends rental products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate and track the shipping and receiving of equipment. Loads & unloads machines.
  • Create, edit, invoice, and close all rental quotes and agreements.
  • Provide inventory control management on machines.
  • Organize reservations and demonstrations of rental equipment for sales representatives.
  • Plan, organize, schedule, and dispatch rental and sales equipment for delivery and pickup.
