Our Professional Education andProgram Services group seeks passionate and talented training professionals whobelieve in the promise of da Vinci, and whose expertise in training on complextechnology and clinical content, along with excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, will ensure our delivery of world class training.
Eligibility :
Must be concurrently enrolled andreturning to an academic program in the fall in an accredited degree-seekingprogram.
Primary Function of Position:
The Clinical Education SpecialistIntern is responsible for the research and development of clinical educationalcontent that meets the needs of internal and external customers. The Internwill work with the Clinical Education Lead and the Clinical & ProductEducation team to support developmental needs on education-related projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete internal trainingand onboarding as needed


• Create and administersurveys to support research on clinical projects


• Support development oftraining materials for new clinical procedures


• Deliver clinicalpresentations and training to the sales force as part of new launches, as required

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
We are seeking a candidate with apassion for anatomy and clinical procedures who possesses the followingexperience and qualifications:

• Working on Bachelor's degreeor above in Science (focus onanatomy and physiology ispreferred)


• Experience with creating education materials for adult learners is preferred


• Capacity and willingness towork both independently and collaboratively onprojects with aggressive timelines


• Experienced multi-tasker: ability to manage multipleassignments and successfully meet deadlines


• Excellent oral, written andinterpersonal communication skills


• Proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Word, Power-Point, Excel


• Proficiency with e-Learning authoringtools

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the functioningof Customer Learning and Development


• Collaborationand communication with key stakeholders across C.L.D., marketing, sales, andclinical engineering.


• Build on work experience, communication, andcollaboration skills

Commitment: Must be available to work full-time hours, M-Ffor 10-12 weeks beginning Summer of 2021.
