ROLE SUMMARY

This Bently Nevada Strategic Technical Sales role will be accountable for strategy development and activation together with mapped Key Accounts Sales to support Bently Nevada Grow & Protect strategies for named enterprise accounts. You will engage with key personas on customers enterprise organization level, to explain how Bently Nevada technology does what it does, why Bently Nevada is the best option through a solution/outcome model and work towards standardizing an enterprise CMS architecture focusing on enterprise software based use case enhancement that enables customer KPIs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Bently Nevada Strategic Technical Sales Leader, you will:

* Conduct full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover enterprise opportunities

* Conduct site walkdowns and asset condition monitoring solution assessment surveys to establish an enterprise wide Machinery Action Plan.

* Solution design creation & optionality with articulation of pros/cons from buyer and seller perspective. Leverage collaborative use case workshop models during discovery and qualification to achieve maximum alignment of portfolio offer with customer pain points

* Enable solution design for enterprise SW deployments with focus on architecture, cyber network security and roadmap of SW product adders

* Partner with Enterprise Sales Managers to discover, enable and demonstrate value for enterprise SW deployments and additional SW product adders

* Support creation and delivery of customer value proposition through consultative and advisory model

* Support commercial organization with FEED specification influence to serve as Key Accounts standard buying reference

* Assist regional sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trends

* Coordinate Key Account technical solution alignments with ASA peer group globally.

* Deliver technical presentations and demos at conferences and trade shows

* Develop engineering and installation technical work scope, schedules and support cost estimates to facilitate offering in area of expertise.

* Educate Key Account team on latest technology, through trainings & workshops

* Support with select implementation of NPI projects and feeding back services and product line with gained experience to improve product maturity and dissemination of knowledge

* Guide team members through developing, planning and executing strategic and tactical sales support tasks associated to mapped sales personnel/accounts.

* Report to Global ASA Leader as your Functional/Dotted line and assist with strategic Business Unit initiatives in support of BN HQ.

* Facilitate campaign strategies to be executed on mapped Key Account by the sales team

* Support HQ competitive assessment activities as assigned Key Account technical point person.

* Partner with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.

* Lead / Participate in cross functional teams and projects to achieve account and region goals.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor s Degree in an engineering discipline.

* Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas and/or Power industry.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Rotating/Reciprocating Asset Condition Monitoring space in area of solution design, architecture and/or deployment.

* Demonstrate excellent understanding of modern maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM, RBM, RAM, TPM, etc.) for plant mechanical and electrical equipment.
