Job Description:

Education and/or Experience:


  • Minimum education requirement: GED or High School Diploma (Associate Degree or higher preferred)

  • Minimum 1-2 Years' experience manufacturing

  • Ability to work within a team


Willing to learn Technical and administrative skills:

  • Prefer mechanically inclined

  • Managing ability and skills to analyze problems.

  • Knowledge in Quality System such as ISO TS 16949, OHSAS


Computer and Technology Skills:

Use of Microsoft Office Suites software in a windows operating system is a plus.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to financial applications. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to create, read and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted. The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).     Ensure the proper assembly of all components generated by TKASA, following applicable work instructions and within time requirements. Ensure the proper functioning of the operation with support from the Production Line Leader & Supervisor.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensure the inclusion of any obtained organizational knowledge into the QMS.
  • Meeting production program in time and form (Just-In-Sequence-Production).
  • Perform the assembly at various workstations in accordance with the procedures, in compliance with the TAKT time during normal operation and ability to work in "Back Up" mode.
  • Identify and contain defective parts or NOK, and report the incident to the Line Leader, Quality Tech or Production Supervisor
  • Ensure self-control according to the defined procedures and verify operations carried out upstream; report defects found team leader, place product on hold if necessary.
  • Perform Level 1 maintenance checks
  • Support teammates and participate in technical interventions
  • Participate in the continuous process (5 S, Shop Floor Management) improvement
  • Perform the tasks assigned in quality and in time.
