This is a 60+ bed community hospital, part of a larger organization that follows the Joint Commission Structure, while providing quality patient care 24/7. This is a beautifully modern space in a comfortable setting. 

Manager Risk reports directly to the Quality Director while working side by side with the Utilization Management (UM), Quality Department, and Risk Management, to ensure employee and patient safety at all times within the facility. The Manager Risk will educate each department staff on medical risks in order to prevent, or decrease risk factors within the hospital. They will also be responsible for reviewing complaints from patients on their experience with the facility, and access how to refrain from letting that happen again. 

Responsibilities of Manager Risk may include:

• Review and investigate patient complaints in order to run a smooth facility 


• Bringing awareness to hospital staff on risk factors / prevention tactics


• In charge of reporting all issues to the organization 


• Data collection & statistical analysis
