Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.

Major Job Functions:

Perform assembly operations including: oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps. Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards. Perform final packaging operations. Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.

Work Environment:

Moderately hazardous inside work.

Equipment Used:

Hand tools/Air tools Test stands Automated assembly equipment

Physical Requirements:

Light work frequently Required to lift up to 40 lbs.

Additional Information:

* As directed in a thorough and regular manner to ensure the meeting of established requirements, employee is required to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions and quality plans with minimal supervision.

* Follow company safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.

* Employee must be able to work in a team environment.

* Move KanBan cards and replenishment.

* Productivity reporting.

* Quality audit reporting.

* PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED.
