RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Administrator of the hospital in the absence of management on nights and weekends

* Staffing, emergency direction and handling complaints appropriately.

* Notifies the Administrator on call of any emergent situations that might jeopardize the facility

* Immediate counseling employees for actions that are against policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree

* Must hold a current license from the Kansas Board of Nursing or Compact license.

* BLS and ACLS required upon hire.

* 3-5 years of nursing experience in a hospital environment. 1-2 years as a charge nurse or other management position preferred.
