The Senior Business Analyst's duties include, but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, and maintain technical solution (e.g. call transcription & analytics) with a focus on new functionality development, infrastructure design and technical documentation.


• Responsible for evaluating complex business processes, determining business requirements and recommending creative business solutions to integrate call center technology.


• Responsible for daily administrative activities as well as, testing, release/update support and designing logic to customize call center tools.


• Provide support for the Call Center; responding to requests that may include researching and troubleshooting in addition to documenting findings and recommending solutions to meet business needs.


• Support cross functional projects and initiatives; such as system enhancements and implementation while ensuring documentation all business requirements, processes and work procedures.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Systems or equivalent external work experience.


• Self-motivated, highly organized and detailed oriented as well as advanced problem solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills are required.
  


• Experience with Call Center technologies, Customer Service desktop tools and or Operations processes and technology is preferred, knowledge of project management tools and business systems methodology required.
  


• Must have a general understanding of the business environment and associated systems with experience interfacing with leadership.
  


• Experience in data analytics and visualization using tools like Tableau or Kibana as well as an understanding of text and string manipulation, regular expressions and coding preferred.
