Meeting Data Analytics Intern at Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, Florida

Job Description:

Please note, this position is located in Naples, FL and is eligible for limited benefits. The ideal candidate will be available to start in January 2021.

Main Objective:

To assist the Meetings & Events Data team with administrative office support and project work, while receiving an introduction to business practices in a team environment that involves system processes, reporting and analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Business Analysts with data entry and verification for reporting purposes.


• Become familiar with integrated systems used by the Meetings & Events department.

  Support Meeting Planners with event requests submitted via Cvent.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist team with updating the Meetings & Events internal SharePoint site.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with various projects as needed.

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably majoring in Information systems or Data Analytics.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
