Position Description
Einstein Physicians Montgomery is our primary care network providing care to individuals of all ages, from infants to senior citizens. Our network of physicians includes Family Practice doctors, Internists, Obstetricians, Gynecologists and Pediatricians. Our practice sites are located throughout Northwest, North and Northeast Philadelphia, Norriton, Eastern Montgomery County and Lower Bucks County. Einstein Healthcare Network promotes wellness. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing all tasks related to the operations of the designated Fornance Physician Services, Inc. medical practice, including personnel, practice operations, facilities, supplies inventory, billing accounts receivable and patient scheduling
- Oversees and directs implementation of all policies and procedures for Fornance Physician Services, Inc
- Perform duties and conduct interpersonal relationships in a manner designed to project a positive image
- Work with physicians to promote a harmonious work environment
- Ensure that all contacts with patients, the public, families, insurance companies, employers, attorneys, physicians, and coworkers are carried out in a friendly, courteous, helpful and considerate manne
- Answer telephone in a prompt and polite manner
- Display concern and provide assistance as appropriate to callers or in face-to-face situations
- Perform duties and conduct interpersonal relationships in a manner designed to project a positive image of Fornance Physician Services, Inc.
- This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) 0-100+ in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
- Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred (in health administration or related field)
- Min 3 years practice management experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience working with physician/physician extenders;
- Familiar with CPT and ICD-10 CM coding, and E & M coding strongly preferred
- Current knowledge of human resource regulations (PA) preferred
- Experience with MS Word, and Excel
Physical Demands:
- Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching
- Visual Requirements: Ability to read patient charts and equipment
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear normal conversations
- Working Conditions: Medical office setting with universal precautions
