Overnight Baker p /p p /p p b Our Overnight Bakers: /b /p ul li Bake the majority of a cafe s fresh bread and pastries each night. /li li Ensure all breads and baked goods are prepared according to Panera s standards. /li li Are team players by partnering with Cafe Management and fellow associates. /li li Represent Panera s Concept Essence and cultural values daily in their role. /li li Primarily work alone with minimal supervision. /li li Perform other activities as needed such as stocking, prep and sanitation. /li /ul p /p p b What We re Looking for: /b /p ul li 1-2 years of experience as a baker or a bakery background (preferred) /li li Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. 8 a.m. may vary) /li li Experience working in a fast paced environment /li li Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team /li li Enthusiasm, energy and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop /li li Excellent organizational and time management skills /li li Minimum age 18 years /li /ul p /p p /p 606172 Onalaska, WI - Crossing Meadow Drive p /p p /p
